The Importance of the  EOS Level 10 Meeting Agenda Template

Having an EOS Level 10 Meeting Agenda template is crucial to the success of the meeting. The meeting should be mainly focused on goals, issues, resolving issues and moving on to the next priority. This helps the organization focus on their issues & their goals. It helps align the leadership team to move in the same direction.

Other than focus, EOS Level 10 Meetings bring structure to the organization. They help the leadership team structure all weekly & monthly meetings within the organization to feed the level 10 meeting.

Documenting the the level 10 meetings is also crucial and advised by EOS. Use our EOS level 10 meeting agenda template to guide your level 10 meeting.

How Long is an EOS Meeting?

The EOS meeting is 90 minutes long and as mentioned above should be carried out on the same day, same time with the same agenda.

Typically the EOS meeting will be carried out weekly. The weekly cadence allows you to consistently follow up on issues week in and week out. This also allows you to tackle any pending issues without leaving them out.

The 90 minutes of this meeting might seem long initially however as you progress through several meetings you will realize that the strict 90 minutes you spend on this meeting weekly will save you loads of time the rest of the week. Mainly because the issues are tackled right away ahead of time without waiting to put out any fires later on.
